Does anybody have experience with a software to handle CIFS and NFS on Amazon Web Services (AWS)

No, There is not a particular software for it But you may mount s3 as a local drive in Linux and then use CIFS/NFS to access the data in the mounted path.But note that s3 is not a file system, so many regular file system operations are not supported.
