Social Engine is a commercial product and requires you to buy a license for your domain so that you can install it on your account. You also must have FTP access to your server and access to MYSQL database. CloudOYE can arrange the license for you or you can purchase it from the official website. Once you get the license, you should download the Social Engine script and create a folder. Extract the script files on to your computer and place all the files in the folder.

You then should upload the files that you have kept in the folder on to your server. Decide on the location on your server where you will like to install Social Engine. Upload the files using FTP or directly to the File Manager in your cPanel account.

Run the installation script of Social Engine. You may be asked to give some details about the installation. You must give the database details that is used on your website. Create a new database and configure the administrative account on your website. This completes the installation process.
