VPS servers give you almost similar features that a dedicated server does. You have root access to your server and administrative control. This gives you the liberty to set it up in any manner that you find suitable for your business. You get dedicated but limited resources of disk space, RAM, CPU etc. You can install any software that you feel suits your business needs. However, you must adhere to the restrictions that CloudOYE has laid down in their Terms of Use and those that are mentioned in their service level agreement (SLA). You are prohibited from pirated software, nulled software, hacking software, adult content, child pornography, Warez sites, public image bumps, RapidLeech, public file bumps, any material that is considered as illegal by law. Any violation will lead to account suspension with immediate effect with or without notice. You are responsible to ensure that the scripts, applications installed under your account are as per permissions allowed. |
