CloudOYE is adequately prepared for disasters. Our data centers are built in low seismic zone areas. All the racks are placed on shelves and structures that can be dismantled and moved immediately in case there is some sudden disaster. We are N+1 redundant in our infrastructure including power and cooling to manage power outages at any time. You can be assured we always have a spare setup ready to implement should something go wrong.

We have our team of technicians and workers monitoring the equipment taking preventive maintenance checks to remove any faulty components. We provide you with computer maintenance management system to keep track of when maintenance was last performed and when is it due next as well as keep a record of the repairs and replacements that have been done.

We build our data centers at a very high ground level to avoid the threat of water seeping in during floods and tornadoes. We are well equipped with the safety devices such as fire extinguishers, water seepage detectors, fire alarms at our data centers and have the professionally trained technicians to operate the devices.
