It allows the user to create a website fast, and without using even a single line of code. Each release is designed in such a manner that the user will find creating a website an even simpler and faster task.RapidWeaver has an active third party developer community that helps a lot in its growth.

The user cannot design a website from scratch with this software. RapidWeaver has more than 50 built-in templates that help in creating a sleek HTML5 website very quickly. Most of these are professional and businesslike; however, some are imaginative and colorful. The features offered by the templates may differ from one another. Most of the templates are customizable, and offer font sizes and color choices. The user can also purchase third-party templates from the RapidWeaver website.

RapidWeaver offers drag and drop functionalities and WYSIWYG page editing features. It also has a sitemap assistant that makes it easy for the user to organize the webpages. When a title is added to a page, RapidWeaver would automatically add a link to that particular page on the site’s homepage. If the user changes the name of that page, the program would automatically update the links on the site to the page. Thus, there would never be any internal broken link and the website visitors would always find all the info on the website.

One cannot say that this software is easy for novices, especially when it comes to switching between the edit and preview modes. There is a manual which comes in handy in the accomplishment of tasks which should ideally have been intuitive.
