ZenCart

ZenCart is a free open source shopping cart licensed under the GNU General Public license v2.0 and is written in the PHP scripting language and uses the MySQL database. The biggest advantage with the software is it does not require the users to be skilled in HTML to manage the online store.

ZenCart requires the server to be configured with PHP 5.5 or higher, Apache 2.4 or later and MySQL 5.1 or higher. The software was created as a separate project in 2003 and the latest version that has been released is the 1.5.5b earlier in 2016.
