Internet Message Access Protocol

Internet Message Access Protocol(IMAP) is a system of storing email messages on the mail server while allowing the users to view and organize the messages into different folders and letting other users know its relevance like marking them for follow-ups or flagging them as urgent and saving drafts for further actions. It also allows the end-users to access, send and receive mail messages from remote server. This gives the users the flexibility of taking action on the emails from any location. It also lets multiple users to access and control the email server with any compatible device.

• Download only those that are relevant and delete messages that are not required
