Managed Cloud as a Service or MCaaS refers to a type of cloud hosting service wherein the provider is responsible for fully implementing and managing the cloud. Occasionally in a MCaaS, the vendor may delegate management duties to a third party. The main idea behind Managed Cloud as a Service is to offer additional resources and support instead of simply implementing cloud services. So, it is more like adding resources to what is commonly known as a raw infrastructure. Since service provider can effectively monitor how their designed solutions are being implemented and how these are working, managed hosting services are developing at an incredible rate. They can also improve the designs because they are receiving information about the user end and the programming interface.
