Anything as a Service (XaaS) refers to a wide range of cloud computing services that are offered over the internet. XaaS is also referred as Everything as a Service. It encompasses the various services of Software as a Service(SaaS), Platform as a Service(PaaS), Disaster Recovery as a Service(DRaaS), Infrastructure as a Service(IaaS), Network as a Service(Naas)and any new services that come up.

With XaaS businesses just subscribe to the services from any of providers as and when they require and pay for what they use. It also cuts out the need to provide security to their infrastructure. Users can change the services as they want. It continues with the scalability by giving the businesses flexibility to increase or decrease their requirements. It helps in cutting down costs and eliminates the need of buying hardware and other software applications and install them on their systems. The services providers and vendors usually come to an understanding with SLAs on how the services will be provided.
